At däna Näye Ventures, we believe that we are in the business to serve our clients who are looking for a superior level of customer service provided by competent, knowledgeable staff. We are pleased to offer a ‘one-stop shop’ for business, training and loan requirements.

Our business planning programs and services are designed to help local businesses and entrepreneurs play an important role in the Yukon economy. We also offer courses in both Finance and Computer Applications.

Robin Dyer

Robin began her employment with däna Näye Ventures as a part time Bookkeeper in 2003. She was very successful in recruiting clients and within a year moved into a full-time position.

In 2006 Robin was promoted to the position of Accounting Finance Officer where she works today.

Robin also provides training and one-on-one services for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and small corporations. The courses she teaches range from ‘Understanding Financial Statements’, ‘Understanding Budgets’, ‘GST for Small Business’, ‘Record Keeping’, ‘Business Survival’ to ‘Simply Accounting’. She also provides income tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.

Robin brings a wide range of skills and experience to däna Näye Ventures, including customer service consulting and general and office management for a variety of service and supply businesses.

She also owns and operates her own bookkeeping business.

With her many years of experience Robin has helped many of her clients grow and realize their potential and become successful entrepreneurs

Robin graduated from Yukon College with a Business Administration Diploma, has a Senior Tax Writer Certificate and an Accounting diploma with CIS training school.

Robin is married and enjoys golfing with her husband and friends, traveling and painting.

Sarah Steinberg

Manager Finance and Administration

Sarah has enjoyed living in the Yukon for the past thirteen years. She has been employed with däna Näye Ventures for seven years and is currently the Manager of Finance and Administration.

Prior to this, she worked with the White River First Nation in Whitehorse as their Finance Manager for five years and was responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Sarah is a graduate of the Business Administration Program at Yukon College.

Sarah believes in giving back to the communities in which she lives and is involved in a number of volunteer activities. Currently she is the Treasurer for the Mae Bachur Animal Shelter, (Yukon Humane Society). She was previously on the Board of the Northern Lights Dance School and now volunteers with them and also contributes volunteer time to the Vanier High School. In the past, Sarah has served on the Holy Family Elementary School Council.

Before moving to the Yukon, Sarah managed her family’s business in New Hampshire where she was born. Raised in Fort St. John, B.C., she is the proud mother of two teenage children, Ben and Abby.

Loretta Edzerza

Loretta has extensive computer experience in ACCPAC Plus 6.1 Accounts Receivable, and other popular computer software programs used in business environments. Loretta is knowledgeable in both bookkeeping, and basic accounting fundamentals. She has spent several years experience in computerized bookkeeping and accounting which compliments her ability to teach the course.
