Overview
The Yukon Venture Group assists small and medium sized, growth oriented, Yukon and Northern BC businesses locate non-traditional financing in the range of $75,000 to $1,000,000.
We operate a small developmental capital fund, which can make equity, or near equity investments, in qualified Aboriginal small businesses. The fund is designed to provide these firms with sufficient leverage to allow them to access more traditional sources of capital.
A division of däna Näye Ventures, the Yukon Venture Group manages the Yukon Patient/Venture Capital Fund, a developmental risk capital fund that has invested nearly $300,000 in Yukon First Nation businesses. Yukon Venture Group also provides management for the Yukon First Nation Implementation Trust Private Capital fund.
